DANA BEROVA​

Dana Bérová graduated in Automated Management Systems at the Prague School of Economics. She is a former Minister of Informatics, editor of Czechoslovak Television and economic director for the management of  the property of Karel Schwarzenberg. She is now a successful entrepreneur and investor.

MICHAEL BRODA

Michael Broda has experience in managing a large organization and a group of companies, projects in the area of management buy-out, buy-in. He has practice in the financial industry (banking, derivatives, asset management), crisis management, people management and process alignment. he works in revitalization of business 4 individual start-up projects. He is a leading person for investments within the Investment Company License granted by the Czech National Bank.

ADAM KOCIK

Adam Kocik is engaged as an investment director and member of the investment committee of J&T Ventures, the venture capital fund. He has more than 13-years experience in investments (PPF, Morgan Stanley, Brookdale Group), and is actively involved in start-ups as a mentor, a juror (Vodafone Idea of the Year, Business Ideas of the Year - SK, Pioneers of the Balkans, Czech ICT Pitch nights, etc.) and an angel investor for more than 8 years. He focuses mainly on the search for technological and innovative start-ups in CEE and SEE, their acceleration and global expansion. He holds an MBA from London Business School, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Private Equity, and MA from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in International Relations & International Finance.

KAREL KUCERA

Mgr. Ing. Karel Kučera graduated from Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics in Prague. He has work experience from several multinational companies, including Deutsche Post, Accenture and M. C. TRITON, but also from the Czech television. He has worked as a consultant and project manager after 2013 engaged in strategic projects in the area of finance, process management and business development. He also served as an advisor to senior management in various companies, among others to investors doing business in the Czech republic. Mr. Kučera was appointed as CEO of The Business and Investment Development Agency CzechInvest on the 13th of October 2014.

MICHAELA LHOTOKOVA

​Michaela Lhotková is the head of SME Segment  in CSOB, she is in charge of SME segment management team, marketing, financial controlling and credit support team. She graduated from VSE in International Trade and Politics, also holds CEMS Master in International Management degree.  

PETR NECAS

Petr Nečas  studied physics at Masaryk University in Brno and worked as a researcher in the field of semiconductor technology. In 1992 he was elected Member of Parliament, where he served until 2013. In 1995-1996 he was deputy defense minister, in 1996, he became chairman of the parliamentary committee for defense and security, where he worked until 2002. In 2002-2006, he was deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee for European integration. In 2006 he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. From 2010 to 2013 he was Prime Minister and chairman of the government council for science, research and innovation. In 2013, he left politics and works in the private sector as a consultant and advisor. He works for Delta Capital in the position of strategic advisor and international development projects.

PETR OCKO

Ing. Petr Očko, Ph.D. has held management positions in public administration (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, CzechInvest) as well as business (telco / IT). Interested in the EU related issues - EU funds, EU policies, euro etc. Looking for new challenges in area of innovation management, business development, international relations etc.
Specialties: Innovation, creating new ideas, support of startups, project and team management, business development, strategic planning, presentation skills, networking etc.

LADISLAV SAUER

Ladislav Šauer is a Director responsible for attestation and advisory work related to both statutory reporting under local GAAP and reporting under IFRS. His advisory projects include the implementation of IFRS, management reporting, cross-functional advisory projects etc. Ladislav has a degree in business administration from the University of Economics, Prague and is a UK-Chartered Certified Accountant. 
Ladislav joined Deloitte in 2001 and has experience in working for clients across many industries, including manufacturing and consumer businesses. During his career with Deloitte, his clients have included Stock Spirits Group, Nowaco, Czech Railways (Ceske drahy), ČD Cargo, ZDAS and many more. 
Ladislav gained broad experience in the industry while being outsourced as an interim Group Financial Controller and Financial Manager to the Oaktree Capital Management project (private equity fund) which is based in Germany and the United Kingdom. His work for Stock Spirits Group Ltd. continued for over two years. Ladislav was also responsible for setting up the Head Office Finance function after acquisition, including the implementation and consolidation of IFRS. 

MILENA VICENOVA

Milena Vicenová is a former Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the European Union. She has led many direct negotiations in Brussels (agriculture, food safety, cohesion policy). She has been invited to give lectures in many cities throughout Europe and in the USA. She is currently working at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR)  in the International Cooperation Unit preparing the TA CR for the chairmanship of TAFTIE (the European Network of Innovation Agencies) in 2017.

MICHAEL ZALESAK

Michal Zálešák consulted to the Ministry of Information Technologies.
Now, he is an executive director in Czech ICT Alliance, an official ICT alliance of the Currently, he is also in charge of several educational projects to support innovative companies worth approximately 90 million Czech crowns.
