Mgr. Ing. Karel Kučera graduated from Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics in Prague. He has work experience from several multinational companies, including Deutsche Post, Accenture and M. C. TRITON, but also from the Czech television. He has worked as a consultant and project manager after 2013 engaged in strategic projects in the area of finance, process management and business development. He also served as an advisor to senior management in various companies, among others to investors doing business in the Czech republic. Mr. Kučera was appointed as CEO of The Business and Investment Development Agency CzechInvest on the 13th of October 2014.
Michaela Lhotková is the head of SME Segment in CSOB, she is in charge of SME segment management team, marketing, financial controlling and credit support team. She graduated from VSE in International Trade and Politics, also holds CEMS Master in International Management degree.
Petr Nečas studied physics at Masaryk University in Brno and worked as a researcher in the field of semiconductor technology. In 1992 he was elected Member of Parliament, where he served until 2013. In 1995-1996 he was deputy defense minister, in 1996, he became chairman of the parliamentary committee for defense and security, where he worked until 2002. Ladislav Šauer is a Director responsible for attestation and advisory work related to both statutory reporting under local GAAP and reporting under IFRS. His advisory projects include the implementation of IFRS, management reporting, cross-functional advisory projects etc. Ladislav has a degree in business administration from the University of Economics, Prague and is a UK-Chartered Certified Accountant.

Ladislav gained broad experience in the industry while being outsourced as an interim Group Financial Controller and Financial Manager to the Oaktree Capital Management project (private equity fund) which is based in Germany and the United Kingdom. His work for Stock Spirits Group Ltd. continued for over two years. Ladislav was also responsible for setting up the Head Office Finance function after acquisition, including the implementation and consolidation of IFRS.
Milena Vicenová is a former Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the European Union. She has led many direct negotiations in Brussels (agriculture, food safety, cohesion policy). She has been invited to give lectures in many cities throughout Europe and in the USA. She is currently working at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) in the International Cooperation Unit preparing the TA CR for the chairmanship of TAFTIE (the European Network of Innovation Agencies) in 2017.
