My first business was boring, simply trading of goods. It made some money.

I try to meet other people and learn from the discussions with them.
Which resources are you recommending to first time entrepreneurs?
I think it is very important to take part at events with accelerators, investor and business angels and start with networking and discuss with them.
What's the biggest risk you've ever taken?
Leaving a safe job.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
I think the mistakes I made are important for the futural success. Therefore, the advice would be to take the losses as a important part of success.

What character traits of other entrepreneurs have impressed you?
Do you believe successful ventures require something meaningful?
Definitely, successful ventures need to whether change some existing business (like Ryanair) or create new business, for example by using new technology (booking.com)
What's something that first time founders should avoid at all costs?
Do not start if you do not know, who and why your client should buy your product.
