Finding the right people to start with.
What was the best advice in life or business you've ever received?
Go out, talk to people about your idea and relax, there will always be someone somewhere doing the same stuff you're trying to hide.

Bud Spencer - the hero of my youth. Maybe Obama and Mahatma Gandhi (if he wasn't dead already)
How do you define success?
Success is when you can fall asleep easiliy at night.
What makes a founder successful?
Persistence and execution.
What do you do in order to keep on learning and developing?
Still trying to follow and understand the irrationalities of business politics.

What's the biggest risk you've ever taken?
Going to India to work there for a while - awesome but life-changing.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Stay patient son - school is much more boring then the real life out there!
What do you know to be true that no one else does?
Always challenge hierarchies - often (not always) they are useless.
What's something you don't want to regret when you're older?
There is hopefully nothing I have to regret since I always did what made sense at least to me.
What character traits of other entrepreneurs have impressed you?
Extreme eagerness and focus.
Do you believe successful ventures require something meaningful?
Fact: they do not require that but it would be nice if they'd do! E.g. some kind of business ethics would be great in some cases ;)
What's something that first time founders should avoid at all costs?
To NOT talk about their idea! They need the feedback of others to prevent mistakes.
