Identify the right engineers.

Make money to build great products (instead of building great products to make money).

When you have changed the lives of your early employees (and they decline the x mio offers too).
What do you do in order to keep on learning and developing?
Focus on solving problems I believe in.

What's the biggest risk you've ever taken?
Start an innovative company (ie, not a clone) in Europe.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Learn to build products (i.e., get a degree in deep engineering).
What's something you don't want to regret when you're older?
Not having written a book.

Creativity: The Psychology of Discovery and Invention by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
What character traits of other entrepreneurs have impressed you?
To be truly in love with their product and how it can change everything.
Do you believe successful ventures require something meaningful?
The goal is not to start a company, but to solve a problem - which eventually is a problem of many more people and requires you to start a company so all can benefit from your solution.
What's something that first time founders should avoid at all costs?
Stop looking for problems others have. Solve problems *you* have, because nobody is as passionate about them and nobody can solve them as well as you.
