What was your very first business or creative idea? Did that make any money?
To publish and sell a school magazine in 3rd grade. It did.
What was your biggest challenge when you started your first business? To create the right business model.
What was the best advice in life or business you've ever received?
Never lose the sense of urgency.
Which three people, famous or not famous, dead or alive, would you most like to invite to a dinner party? Why?
My parents and grandma - because I owe them everything.

What do you do in order to keep on learning and developing?
Listening to people, making mistakes, going for new challenges and reflecting.
Which resources are you recommending to first time entrepreneurs?
Intuition, common sense, role models inside and outside of their family.
What's the biggest risk you've ever taken?
Giving up on prestigious studies abroad to persue a job opportunity in a completely unknown area in Prague.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Work less! There are other goals to chase as well.
What do you know to be true that no one else does?
I guess I am not the only one who believes that journey is the destination.
What's something you don't want to regret when you're older?
Not having spent enough time with my loved ones.
Is there something you know you should stop doing?
I am trying hard to stop being a perfectionist.
What character traits of other entrepreneurs have impressed you?
I am constantly impressed by gentle and humble entrepreneurs, as they are rare.
Do you believe successful ventures require something meaningful?
I believe that successful ventures always solve a problem or make life better. In my field, these are the criteria driving our business.
What's something that first time founders should avoid at all costs?
Giving up too soon.
